I’m Alia Freeman, a Master Cosmetologist, salon owner, beauty educator, author, and speaker with 25 years of experience in the beauty industry.
I created The Bridge Academy because I have always had a heart for teaching and supporting students entering the beauty industry. I want them to know that they are capable, prepared, and fully able to pursue their dreams with confidence.
My heart is to help beauty students and new beauty professionals gain the confidence, career direction, business knowledge, and real-world skills that aren’t always taught in school.
Through mentorship, hands-on education, and practical business training, you’ll learn how to build a strong foundation, confidently serve your clients, develop your professional identity, and create a career that is both profitable and purpose-filled.
